What is Affirm Foods?

Affirm Foods is a division of 20 years old Affirm Group. The unique concept is to bring, ethnic foods from the place of origin in Bihar and Jharkhand to your plates, wherever you are staying across the world away from your native home.

With a delivery network PAN India, Our national footprints as on date includes, Pune, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai. Upcoming projects in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
In international venture, we are serving Austin, New Jersey in USA. upcoming projects includes delivery across the USA, UK and other Countries having Bihari population.

You can choose from over 50+ products spread across various categories such as sattu, bhunja, achar & murabba, chura, chawal, dalmoth, spices and masalas, oils, jaggery,  various seasonal products like dahi chura special and pooja smagri for chatt puja, etc. Get your favourite products delivered at your doorstep.

Are all your products FSSAI approved?

All our edible products are FSSAI approved.

Can I set a reminder for products which are currently out of stock?

No. As of now we don’t have this facility but you can write to us at affirmfoods@gmail.com. We will try to get this feature at the earliest.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order either through our app or website or call us at 8149281951 or you can also visit one of our stores nearby and purchase from there as well.

Do I have to register to place an order?

Yes. All you will have to do is provide your Name, Contact Number and Delivery Address.

How do I add products after order is placed?

You can call us at 8149281951 and ask us to add products in your order or you can even write us to affirmfoods@gmail.com.  We are working on getting this features as well in our latest technology update.

How long will it take to get my order delivered?

You can get your order delivered within 24hrs.

How do I track my order?

Right from placing an order to getting it delivered you will receive a message from us on your order status.

Have received my order but products are missing?

Products received are Expired / Damage

Can I change my delivery address or time after placing my order?

Can I place an order for products which are out of stock?

No. As of now we don’t have this facility but you can write to us at affirmfoods@gmail.com. We will try to get this feature at the earliest.

Are all safety measures followed while dispatching my order?

All safety measures are followed at Affirm Foods. Proper sanitization is done as your safety is our number one priority.

Cancellation Policy

How do I cancel my order?

  • In Your Orders list, you can find your order, if you click on view details on the top right corner you will find a cancel order option a click on that will get a cancel order prompt clicking on Yes will cancel your order. However, once the order is processed, you will need to contact us at 8149281951 to check if we can cancel the order, as it may include fresh made to order products.
