What is Freshaul?

We started our journey with outburst of Covid 19. We saw many people struggling to meet their daily needs of Fruits and vegetables.

We initially started with one society by supplying them with fresh Fruits and Vegetables at their doorstep. Now, we are delivering to multiple societies in Hinjawadi, Wakad and Punawala.

We deliver Fresh fruits and vegetables, authentic products from our genuine suppliers to doorstep of our beloved customers.

What is Freshaul Mission & Vision?

Freshaul  aims to showcase broad selection of best quality farm produce and everyday essentials such as cold pressed oils, organic grains and pulses, Chakki fresh atta, whole and powdered spices, dry fruits, jaggery, etc.

Our goal is to help you add nutritional value to your everyday consumption and making the shopping experience hassle free with online ordering.

Where are we currently operational?

Freshaul is currently present in Hinjawadi, Wakad and Punawala.

What are our products and services?

We deliver Fresh fruits and vegetables, authentic products from our genuine suppliers to doorstep of our beloved customers.

Are all our products organic?

No. We have specified the word organic for our organic products.

Are Fruits & Vegetables fresh?

All our perishable items our fresh. We don’t stock up on our unsold inventory. Everyday fresh stock is brought in at Freshaul.

Are all your products fssai approved?

All our edible products are fssai approved.

Are all your products sourced from local producers?

All products those can be sourced from local producers, are sourced locally. Some specialties, we have to rely on producers in those special regions. E.g., Apples, Litchi etc.

Can I set a reminder for products which are currently out of stock?

No. As of now we don’t have this facility but you can write to us at b.ashmantak@gmail.com

How do I place an order?

You can place an order either through our app or website or call us at 7666540090.

Do I have to register to place an order?

Yes. All you will have to do is provide your Name, Contact Number and Delivery Address.

How do I add products after order is placed?

You can call us at 7666540090 and ask us to add products in your order or you can even write us to b.ashmantak@gmail.com

How long will it take to get my order delivered?

You can get your order delivered within 24hrs.

How do I track my order?

Right from placing an order to getting it delivered you will receive a message from us on your order status.

Have received my order but products are missing?

If any of your products is missing you can write us at b.ashmantak@gmail.com  or call us at 7666540090.

Products received are Expired / Damage.

Can I change my delivery address or time after placing my order?

In order to change your deliver address or time you can call us at 7666540090 or write us at b.ashmantak@gmail.com

Can I place an order for products which are out of stock?

No. As of now we don’t have this facility but you can write to us at b.ashmantak@gmail.com

Are all safety measures followed while dispatching my order?

All safety measures are followed at Freshaul. Proper sanitization is done as your safety is our number one priority.

Payments & Refunds

What are the modes of payment available?

You can pay by Card, Cash or Online Payments.

Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card?

Yes. It's absolutely safe to use your card for making payment at Freshaul. We make sure that you have ease of payment along with safety.

Where do I enter my coupon/referral code?

At the time of checking out your shopping cart, once you reach the payment tab you will see a block Apply Offer Code therein you can enter your coupon / referral code and avail benefit.

How long will it take to get my refund?

You can get your refund within 2 - 3 working days from the day of request.

Delivery

What is the meaning of cash on delivery?

Cash on Delivery means paying in cash once your goods are delivered at your doorstep.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

There are no minimum order criteria.

Can I pay by card at the time of delivery?

Yes. We do have a facility where you can pay by card or any other online payment options at the time of delivery.

Can I schedule a time for delivery?

Yes. At the time checking out your shopping cart in the notes section you can add a note on your preferability.

Are delivery charges included in my bill?

Yes. All the charges including the taxes are included in the bill.

Can I buy from store and get products delivered at my doorsteps?

Yes. A minimum shopping of Rs 500 will be required to avail this facility.

Cancellation & Return Policy

How do I cancel my order?

In Your Orders list you can find your order, if you click on view details on the top right corner you will find a cancel order option a click on that will get a cancel order prompt clicking on Yes will cancel your order. However, once the order is processed, you will need to contact us at 7666540090 to check if we can cancel the order, as it may include freshly made to order products.

How do I apply for refund?

Once you cancel your order, we automatically process your refund. The refund gets credited in your bank account in 3-4 business days.

Had applied for refund but haven’t received my refund yet?

Sorry for the inconvenience. You can write us at b.ashmantak@gmail.com we will try to get it resolved as soon as possible.

Can I return products at the time of delivery?

Yes. You can only return the products if there is an issue with products like Expired, Damage etc.

How do I register with Freshaul?

You can register with Freshaul using our app or website.

Are there any charges for registration?

No, you won’t be charged anything for registering at Freshaul.

What is the process for complaints?

If you have any complaints, you can write us to at b.ashmantak@gmail.com. Within 2 working days our team will reach out to you to get your complaints resolved.

How do I give feedback / suggestion for new or existing products?

If you are looking for products which aren’t available at Freshaul or you got any feedback or suggestion for existing product you can write us at b.ashmantak@gmail.com
