  • Bharatrath is an exclusive platform for our micro entrepreneurs (Farmers, Women Groups, Tribals, NGOs and Local Producers) to bring their local, authentic & curated, quality products to consumers. We bring superior products (non or minimally processed, traditional artisanal, regional/seasonal specialities & eco-friendly sustainable products) from our Bhartiya producers.

What is Bharatrath Mission & Vision?

  • Bharatrath is on a mission to organize millions of micro entrepreneurs. Bharatrath is pioneering the Retail 3.0 model – combining good with modern (goodness of traditional non-industrial local products by organizing the unorganized micro entrepreneurs)

What is Bharatrath Mitr?

  • Bharatrath Mitr is our micro-franchisee program – From Local Producers to Local Customers by Local People. With the Bharatrath Mitr program, we want to create micro-entrepreneurs in our localities and provide better income opportunity for them as well. Do you have a store?

  • Yes we do have a store. As of now we only have a store in Pune, Viman Nagar and working on establishing franchise in Pune & Mumbai regions.

What are our products and services?

  • You can choose from over 1500+ products spread across various categories such as grocery, bakery, fruits & vegetables, beverages, handicrafts, eco-friendly personal care products, baby care products and much more and get your favourite products delivered at your doorstep.

Are all our products organic?

  • No. We have specified the word organic for our organic products.

Are Dairy products, Fruits & Vegetables fresh?

  • All our perishable items our fresh. We don’t stock up on our unsold inventory. Everyday fresh stock is brought in at Bharatrath.

Which are your best selling products / category?

  • Our best selling products are fresh made to order products (like bakery, attas, dairy & batters). Also, our organic grains sourced directly from farmers.

Are all your products fssai approved?

  • All our edible products are fssai approved.

Are all your products sourced from local producers?

  • All products those can be sourced from local producers, are sourced locally. Some specialties, we have to rely on producers in those special regions. E.g. Apples, Litchi etc.

Can I set a reminder for products which are currently out of stock?

  • No. As of now we don’t have this facility but you can write to us at info@bharatrath.com. We will try to get this feature at the earliest.

How do I place an order?

  • You can place an order either through our app or website or call us at 8530251999 or you can also visit one of our stores nearby and purchase from there as well.

Do I have to register to place an order?

  • Yes. All you will have to do is provide your Name, Contact Number and Delivery Address.

How do I add products after order is placed?

  • You can call us at 8530251999 and ask us to add products in your order or you can even write us to info@bharatarth.com.  We are working on getting this features as well in our latest technology update.

How long will it take to get my order delivered?

  • You can get your order delivered within 24hrs.

How do I track my order?

  • Right from placing an order to getting it delivered you will receive a message from us on your order status.

Have received my order but products are missing?

  • If any of your products is missing you can write us at info@bharatrath.com or call us at 8530251999.

Products received are Expired / Damage.

Can I change my delivery address or time after placing my order?

  • In order to change your deliver address or time you can call us at 8530251999 or write us at info@bharatrath.com

Can I place an order for products which are out of stock?

  • No. As of now we don’t have this facility but you can write to us at info@bharatrath.com. We will try to get this feature at the earliest.

Are all safety measures followed while dispatching my order?

  • All safety measures are followed at Bharatrath. Proper sanitization is done as your safety is our number one priority.

Payments & Refunds

What are the modes of payment available?

  • You can pay by Card, Cash or Online Payments.

Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card?

  • Yes. It's absolutely safe to use your card for making payment at Bharatrath. We make sure that you have ease of payment along with safety.

Where do I enter my coupon/referral code?

  • At the time of checking out your shopping cart, once you reach the payment tab you will see a block Apply Offer Code therein you can enter your coupon / referral code and avail benefit.

How long will it take to get my refund?

  • You can get your refund within 2 - 3 working days from the day of request.

Delivery

What is the meaning of cash on delivery?

  • Cash on Delivery means paying in cash once your goods are delivered at your doorstep.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

  • There is no minimum order criteria. But to avail free home delivery a minimum shopping of Rs 500 is required.

Can I pay by card at the time of delivery?

  • Yes. We do have a facility where you can pay by card or any other online payment options at the time of delivery.

Can I schedule a time for delivery?

  • Yes. At the time checking out your shopping cart in the notes section you can add a note on your preferability.

Are delivery charges included in my bill?

  • Yes. All the charges including the taxes are included in the bill.

Can I buy from store and get products delivered at my doorsteps?

  • Yes. A minimum shopping of Rs 500 will be required to avail this facility.

Cancellation & Return Policy

How do I cancel my order?

  • In Your Orders list you can find your order, if you click on view details on the top right corner you will find a cancel order option a click on that will get a cancel order prompt clicking on Yes will cancel your order. However, once the order is processed, you will need to contact us at 8530251999 to check if we can cancel the order, as it may include fresh made to order products.

How do I apply for refund?

  • Once you cancel your order we automatically process your refund. The refund gets credited in your bank account in 3-4 business days.

Had applied for refund but haven’t received my refund yet?

  • Sorry for the inconvenience. You can write us at info@bharatrath.com we will try to get it resolved as soon as possible.

Can I return products at the time of delivery?

  • Yes. You can only return the products if there is an issue with products like Expired, Damage etc.

  • To be a Bharatrath you can write us at mitr@bharatrath.com. Bharatrath team will reach out to you to onboard you as our Bharatrath Mitr in the system. Bharatrath team will provide you with training to start promoting Bharatrath products. Bharatrath team will provide with documentation & other resources to refer to for maintaining up to date info about Bharatrath artisans & products.

How do I sell my products at Bharatrath?

  • Bharatrath have strict policy and norms when it comes to artisan onboarding. We don’t entertain Industrial Products. If you feel you have got the right products for our customer you can write us at info@bharatrath.com .

  • No, you won’t be charged anything for registering at Bharatrath.
